how do you know?: What concerns me most about your question is that you say your oxygen goes down. How do you know? If you actually have an oximeter and are measuring it, this suggests intracardiac or intrapulmonary shunting and should be addressed by a cardiologist and/or pulmonologist. I suspect nearly everyone's BP rises at school since it's a stressful environment and normal for BP to rise under stress.
