How low is low?: It's normal for young people to have blood pressure on the low side. Certainly, if your BP gets too low it could explain your symptoms. Of course then we would have to figure out why it is low. Other possibilities for your symptoms include dehydration, malnutrition, infection, psychological issues, thyroid disease, low blood counts and diabetes. Your primary care Doc can help you.
