BP low, then not: You need to have this formally evaluated to find out why the BP fluctuates. You might simply be dehydrated or having issues with glycemic changes. But you could also have some sort of heart rhythm problem and that requires some testing, staring with good ecg, then possibly cardiac stress testing or holter monitor. Talk to your practitioner.
