Dizzyness: You don't provide enough information for proper guidance. BP in of itself is not the only cause of dizzyness. More common reasons are based on inner ear viral infections, cardiac arrhythmias, anemias, dehydration, and a whole list of diseases and vascular causes. His blood pressure is normal. His heart rate and rhythm need to be documented and his primary care physician can guide him guidance.

Dizziness needs eval: The blood pressure is normal but he needs to be evaluated for the dizziness and this could be vascular or inner ear. Your physician can help clarify. He needs a medical checkup.
