Hi , my father is 72 years old and he have blood pressure 120/60 , with a dizziness all time and fatigue ; is his situation serious ?

More common reasons are based on inner ear viral infections, cardiac arrhythmias, anemias, dehydration, and a whole list of diseases and vascular causes. His blood pressure is normal. His heart rate and rhythm need to be documented and his primary care physician can guide him guidance.
