Sinusitis: Depends on your definition of "sinus". You could have rhinitis which is nasal inflammation from a number of causes. You describe a dry nose and this can be helped with less cool dry air circulating around you and using nasal saline gel, rinses or a neti-pot. You should be seen by and ENT and evaluated.
