I am suffering from sinus but my nostrils are very dry.i sleep with an ac with a temperature of 25c and a fan on slow as it is still very hot should i be taking antibiotics as i have already started ?

Sinusitis: Depends on your definition of "sinus". You could have rhinitis which is nasal inflammation from a number of causes. You describe a dry nose and this can be helped with less cool dry air circulating around you and using nasal saline gel, rinses or a neti-pot. You should be seen by and ENT and evaluated.

Saline gel: You can purchase saline gel in the drug store to moisturize your nostrils. Apply 4 times daily.
