I am post thyroid cancer 1998 & 2000 with radiation in 2000. i now have 6 hypoechoic nodes anywhere from 6mm to 3.4cm in my neck. should i be alarmed?

neck nodes: Don't be alarmed but please get evaluated by an ent. Probably unrelated but better to be safe than sorry.

Biopsy needed: You need to have a biopsy if the largest nodule. That will help determine further management.
