No: Most likely not. The penetration of cell phone radiation is very limited and no meaningful dose delivered to thyroid unless phone is held for a very prolonged amount of time over the thyroid.

No: There has not been any proof of electromagnetic waves given off of cell phones cause any type of cancer. The cancer most debated is brain cancer and no statistical cause is yet identified.
