Food poisoning: There's no treatment for food poisoning other than time, so there's no point in going to the hospital unless you're unable to keep yourself hydrated. You should drink lots of fluids, and go to the emergency room if you can't keep thing down or can't keep up with your fluid losses, or if you feel dizzy or dehydrated.
