Well, classic: Pregnancy symptoms don't occur until after your period is missed. If you miss your period, it would be important to take a hpt.

They might all, however, be just typical cycle related symptoms, included the small amount of breakthrough bleeding. You should go ahead and take a test now and repeat it around your period.
