See a doctor soon: You should see a gastrointestinal doctor very soon or even be cleared in the er. Stomach ulcers, gastritis, esophagitis, kidney stones with or without infection and appendicitis should all be ruled out. With the chills, one would wonder about a fever or blood infection. Diarrhea makes an intestinal infection a possibility. Get the necessary blood work, exam, x-rays and stool and urine cultures.

Gastritis: It sounds like a stomach condition which could be virel or bacterial. Sometimes we get these same symptoms from gallbladder disease as well, in addition, because of age, i might also consider a vascular etiology (like angina of the intestinal tract).
