Pain in the head and: Not quiet sure your symptoms are inter related. As your head pain is related to the neck movements it could be originating from the neck itself, may be arthritis related. Left sided rib cage pain/chest pain may be different problem by itself. It still could be related to musculoskeletal or upper intestinal stomach related.
