The question is : Unclear but i would recommend that you be placed on an antibiotic that covers gram positive organisms as well. So if you are taking Cipro (ciprofloxacin) then i would add clindamycin. Cipro (ciprofloxacin) by itself i feel does not offer enough coverage for the wound you describe unless prior wound c;s comes back as strictly gram negative organisms. If the wound is deep it may need debridement. Try and see the doctor.
