Venous ulcer treatmt: Hello Shelley, Venous ulcers need compression stockings to prevent them. The big question is: is it infected now or not? If the Cipro (cipro (ciprofloxacin)floxacin) was not given by a physician/health prescriber and taken from leftovers, then it may be the wrong treatment. I do not choose cipro (ciprofloxacin) first-line for skin infections: many other better choices are out there! See a provider soon!
