Wait and see: Random bleeding on Mirena (levonorgestrel) is very common specially in those who don't have regular periods on it. Your pregnancy test is negative so your hormone level even if you were pregnant it would not be high enough to explain your symptoms. Stds can cause spotting. You may want to get that checked.
