Yes, but see dentist: The maximum daily dosage for Naproxen is 1500 mg but if should only be used for a short period. See you dentist to have the tooth treated.

naproxen: Yes you can take 2 Naproxen 375mg tablets tice a day as long as does not upset your stomach. However getting to a denist is essential to treat your pain, as the medication might not be effecitive after awhile.

Yes/but: Taking meds to decrease the pain is fine until you get to an endodontist. But you should not stay on these meds too long. You are self treating the symptoms, but the cause of the pain needs addressing. See your dentist asap!
