Antihistamine/decong: Nondrowsy behind the counter Claritin (loratadine) d (decongestant pseudoephedrine) 12 or 24 tab can be used in the morning. The sedating counterpart antihistamine known as zyrtec (cetirizine) d can be use at night. Both are behind the pharmacy counter to be signed out with drivers licence and signature and only a 1 month supply. (pseudoephedrine is the base of crystal meth).
