What to do if i have been sick for over a month! help! i need something to get rid of my cough and runny nose.?

See doctor: I would go to an urgent care or your doctor at this point. You may have developed bronchitis or sinusitis and require an antibiotic. In the meantime I would use sudafed, ibuprofen and Mucinex (guaifenesin) OTC to help with the symptoms.
