My t4 level is 12.5 & my tsh is 5.0 but my ques is some labs they r giving normal levels for t4 is 4.5-12.0 & in some labs they r giving it as4.5-12.5?

more complicated: Analysis is more complicated. The TSH is the test to watch. The T4 cannot be evaluated by itself. One needs a t3 (liothyronine) resin uptake, which identifies protein binding. So, the range is artificial, when looked at in isolation.
