I'm hypothyroid. i had my labs checked my tsh was 2.45 my t4 was 8. still feel very hypothyroid. could my levels still be dropping and not show yet?

Other issues: Your feeling "hypothyroid" is likely to be due to other issues, e.g., per-menopausal changes. With a TSH of 2.45 you are not likely to be hypothyroid. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex.
