U can: I'm assuming u have bilateral rotator cuff tears. Iif their are no contraindications you should have these fixed arthroscopically. In the mean time u can strengthen your shoulders by doing isometric rc strengthening exercises . I wouldn't do " shoulder" and " chest" workouts in the gym . This could aggravate your rc pain and possibly increase the size of the tears!
