Rotator cuff: Your rotator vuff is a group of 3 muscles which r on top of the shoulder blade I t attaches to the humerus by three tendons ,supraspinatous , infraspinatous and teres minor. These tendons r very thick so when they tear they usually tear partially ,not unlike a shoe string that begins to unravel. Subscapularis tendon helps piUll your arm back towards the midline.it and the infraspinatous tendons
