?tear on nerve: Do you mean rotator cuff tear, and if so, you need to see orthopedic surgeon, and not manage on your own. The brachial plexus goes into the shoulder area, is there a nerve locally that has been injured, such a supra scapular, axillary, or perhaps thoracic outlet syndrome? You need to discuss this fully with your doctor, and then get this treated.
