Not normal: But can certainly happen. Are you a "mouth" sneezer. Sometimes opening mouth wide to sneeze as in a wide yawn can cause symptoms. With that said if the problem persists, probably recommend a visit to the ent. Hope this helps.

TMJ pain: The TMJ is your "jaw joint". While unusual, it is possible that when you sneezed you put excess stress on your TMJ by either opening really wide and/or tensing up the muscles suddenly. Eat softer foods next few days and take advil (ibuprofen) if needed. Moist heat can sometimes help as well. If pain continues past a few days or reoccurs regularly then see your dentist for evaluation.
