Talk!: You might consider a *psychologist* or psychiatrist who specializes in *psychotherapy, * not just medication. Many psychiatrists (mds) will give you a prescription and little else. In psychotherapy, you will come to know yourself better- you will learn what is behind your anxiety and how to cope with whatever is making you anxious. Most anxiety can be treated with psychotherapy alone.
