wait for the results: You should not speculate when the results will be back very soon. However, a hard lymph node generally indicates more significant disease.

Had a mole removed on my neck that was suspicious of a possible melanoma. The doctor said it most likely wasn't though.. Biopsy results are next week. Neck lymph node is bean size and tender. Is it connected/cancer spreading or could it be nothing?
3.5cm lymph node and 3.1cm node slowly grown to that size over 3 years in neck. 3 doctors have done ultrasounds and all refuse biopsy. They say nodes just stay enlarged sometimes..I read thats true but arent these sizes massive? Feel like grapes?
