Yes: Yes. Biopsy of certain chest lymph nodes can cause a collapsed lung. The risk is small though if procedure performed properly.

Yes: To reach a lymph node in the chest, the biopsy needle has to traverse the lung tissue many a times and that puncture the lung. Most of the times, this does not require any more procedures but it may.

Yes. : The biopsy technique determines the risk. For instance, ct guided biopsy that passes though the lung has a 20% chance of a collapsed lung. However, few patients require intervention to treat it. They are often just observed for several hours.
