Get checked : I would certainly let your surgeon know and an exam and x-ray would be appropriate. There are many possible causes, the two most common are an irritation of the tendons in your arm (i.e.A tendinitis) or a nonunion of your fracture. As i mentioned, there are also other possibilities and an exam and x-ray can usually determine the cause. I would encourage you to be evaluated. Thanks.
