My blood pressure is 130/55 is that good? my normal is 110/70. this isnt for me. this person has kidney failure and is undergoing dialysis 3 times/wk.

130/55 - good: This isn't a completely normal BP because of the wide pulse pressure (difference between the systolic and diastolic pressures) but it's well controlled (not too high) and not too low, ; doesn't require any treatment. It's as good as your friend/relative is likely to be considering their overall health. We must be practical about such matters.
