Greetings. my blood pressure drops drastically after my dialysis session. is there anything i can take to help prevent it before i start session or after .. my sessions are 3 times a week over 3 hours ?

Dialysis: Let the providers who are doing the dialysis know about your issue. They should be able to adjust the session to reduce the hypo-tension.
