Good afternoon. i am having swollen gums often, they are sensitive too and now they are moving hugely-the teeth became visible and painful. can it be because i have high blood pressure and daily irregular heartbeat and chronic kidney failure please?

Possible relationship, but can only be diagnosed correctly and treated by visiting a dentist for exam and xrays to determine status of the bone supporting structures.

The appropriate course of investigation/diagnosis/treatment would be to see a gum/bone specialist, a Periodontist. Because of your medical history, because most gum inflammation is caused by bacterial infection, the services of a specialist would be wise.
