My 6 yr. old daughter had an injury to her upper middle gum were she also lost a tooth, now she is drooling and can't swallow anything, should i be more than worried? can it be more than just a bruise

Injury.... or?: Yes you should have her seen immediately as drooling could mean more than than just a gum injury. Was the tooth recovered or did she swallow or aspirate it? Sudden onset of drooling is a serious symptom. Take her to the er.

This is serious: These symptoms are serious. What was the nature of the trauma?. She needs to bee seen asap, preferably at a hospital that has a dental department.
