Can insomnia/some form of it be the main cause for anxiety? i'm stressed but i think my sleep is more the prob. i got to bed at 10 pm& sleep by 3 am.

Anxiety ; Insomnia: Anxiety and insomnia often travel together in the same person. Anxiety can be so ongoing and intense it prevents sleep. Of course, lack of sleep then makes you feel worse. I see that you're on alprazolam, but am not sure how you're taking it or whether you're working with a psychiatrist or psychologist on your anxiety. These would be important parts of your treatment.
