Can take, but...: There should be no problem supplementing your diet with fish oil (can help manage your lipid levels), but for weight loss it has not proven to be effective. I would increase your aerobic exercise past 30 minutes continuously, keep it at low resistance, high repetition, and long duration. Those three characteristics help in conjunction with decreasing your oral intake, and avoid injury.
