Weight loss meds: I can’t personally make recommendations for weight loss products but the following are FDA approved: Alli, Xenical (orlistat),Meridia (sibutramine), Adipex-P (phentermine & Sanorex (mazindol). What you eat is the most important issue.

Agree with Dr. F: More important than what you eat is how much you eat. You need to reduce your intake by at least 50% till you reach your ideal weight and may need to stay on low intake. Wish you good health!
