I have recently done my blood tests. my mchc is 31.82%(32-37% normal)and eosinophils is 6.1%(1.0-6.0% normal), what can cause this?should i be worried?

see below: Your MCHC is normal (0.18% is insignificant) however your eosinophil count suggests a parasitic infection. You need your stool checked for ova and parasites.
