What could cause a 2 year old to have stomach pain for longer then a week but having no bowel problems?

Depends: It depends where the "stomach pain" is specifically located and is it associated with any other symptoms. However, two common causes of abdominal pain are viral infections and constipation. If you are concerned about your child's belly pain, then have them examined by their pediatrician.
