Is he ill? Has he: eaten anything orange or red? If he is not ill in any other way, you can observe him for fever, vomiting, blood in the stool, abdominal pain. If he develops any of those symptoms or this recurs, you should call your doctor and have him evaluated. It is possible it is from something he ate, so also go over what he has had to eat in the past 24 hours.
