I had a ct found arachnoid cyst 3.8 cm in may. in june had mri cyst was 4.6 cm. is it getting bigger or is it just difference in imaging and technique?

could be either: It can be hard to directly compare ct to MRI at times. I would recommend getting another delayed MRI for comparison.
