Confused and worried: why / how is it even possible that a mri last year measures incidental arachnoid cyst to be 30 mm * 18 mm without compressing the brain, and this year a ct to measure 10 mm thick with compressing my brain?

Simple : One is an MRI, the other is a CT. Nor the same See a Neurologist to further evaluate

Had head CT scan with and w/o contrast. Findings say all normal but possible small arachnoid cyst in anteromedial left frontal lobe. Had MRI w/o contrast 18 months ago with no mentions. Could this have been missed? Is this early brain cancer?
