Post C-sxn Weight: First, do not start any rigorous activity until you are released at 6wks postop. Tissue needs time to heal before you strain it. Natural calorie burners such as breast feeding your baby would be of benefit at this stage. You can do some light walking, and initiate healthy eating now, and after released at 6 wks, begin an exercise regimen that strengthens your core.
