Work it: There are many exercises, but you have to burn the fat. I will do crunches, elbows to floor, elbows to knees, as fast as i can, 50 times (takes less than a minute), before i brush my teeth twice a day. Can maintain stomach, will do more if i need to lose. It took almost 3 months, every day, twice a day, to really notice a difference.
