Low humidity: Sounds like you might be a mouth breather and have difficulty with nasal stuffiness. You might consider using something to increase the humidity of your ambient air if possible. Use of nasal saline might help the nasal stuffiness. Remember that the nose humidifies the air you breathe and if it is bypassed, then unhumidified air is breathed in.
