Monitor it: Most ovarian cysts are benign as long as they are under 5cm and not growing. Have your gynecologist advise you whether it should be removed or just monitored?

Ovarian cancer: There is no such thing as "no risk." the ultrasound features are concerning. A ca-125 isn't a screening test, it's only used in this circumstance to aid in deciding who best to further evaluate a complex cyst--a general gynecologist or a gynecologist oncologist. There are other tests to aid in making this decision as well, such as ova1, but not all insurances cover this test yet.
