Dentists are trained: If you can see it, than a dentist should be able to restore your tooth. Your option for the type of restoration may be limited due to the tightness of the access, so assuming it is not to deep, it should be restorable by any competent dentist! a deep cavity may require a more complex solution. Schedule to see your dentist- the longer you wait the bigger it gets- good luck!
