Do we all have lymph nodes in r necks? is there loads of them and can u always feel them? wat size r they?

However one or more large lymph nodes could be a sign of infection or cancer and should be checked by a physician. At your age cancer is less likely but if enlarged lymph nodes persist you should be seen by a doctor.
