yes we all do...: These are usually less than a centimeter in size and cannot be felt. Some people have reactive lymph nodes which can be felt on both sides of the neck . However one or more large lymph nodes could be a sign of infection or cancer and should be checked by a physician. At your age cancer is less likely but if enlarged lymph nodes persist you should be seen by a doctor.
