For the most part the results that you mention of this abdominal film are not worrisome. However, I would recommend that you consult with the physician who ordered the x-ray to discuss with you the results in light of the reasons why the x-ray was ordered. This will help with an overall management plan.

Explain everything? Findings:nonobstructive bowel gas pattern large stool in ascending colon/transverse. Technique precludes evaluation of pneumoperitoneum. Likely calcified granuloma in the right lung base. No pathologic calcifications in abdomen
After experiencing severe abdominal pains. The xrays confirmed faecal loading. I eat healthy and exercise. I'm concerned that I always have to do a colon cleanse. Am I not washing all the good bacteria and is there another alternative?
With fecal loading with hard dry stool, could contorting the torso cause the colon, full of hard stool, to press against other organs and damage them?
