Why the concern?: Chest pain on deep inspiration only is almost certainly chest wall pain and is no concern. All young men have at least one enlarged neck lymph node. A temperature of 37c isn't a fever. Different people have different-shaped bones on their chests. Your dentist can advise you about your gum disease; i'd urge you simply to be grateful for good health and to continue enjoying your youth.

Dissociated: Some of your symptoms may be from oral cavity infection(s), others from medical issues. See Dentist about gum infection, swollen node, fever. See a Physician about chest pain, swollen node, fever, "swollen bone." You must see both.
