Insomnia: Meerkat. Work out in the morning. You get better workouts and i truly believe it gives a metabolic advantage for calorie burn through the day. You didn't mention supplements but pay attention to these too if your sleep is impaired. Focus on your rest at night (after dinner) on an effort to boost your workouts. If you don't sleep, much of your workout will be in vain.
