nasal obstruction: There are a few things you can try to clear up the nasal congestion. Try a nasal saline spray like ocean spray, and a decongestant like sudafed. They are both over-the-counter. You can also try nasal/sinus irrigation with a netipot. If it's not successful or you get more bleeding, see your primary care doctor.
