Last month or so got this stuffy nose, no mucus, not sick, just plugged up i can breathe through it if i push hard, but really hard to breathe out ?

Try these.: Take otc antihistamines(benadryl- causes drowsiness), Vicks vaporub, cough drops etc. Your dr can prescribe steroid nasal solution. You may consider allergy testing. Hope u feel better!
